- Do I have to change any system or software to use the Cruise Dental billing services?
- Clients do not have to change the administrative software of your clinic to use the cruise dental service as we are compatible with all the dental administration systems, i;e Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Dentimax, Denticon etc.
- How expensive is your dental billing service?
- We are not fixed to our charges, we understand and emphasise with our clients and charges is base on size of the practices and the provided services. This gives an open opportunity to all small clients out there who want to be a part of our services. ( Charges can be discussed directly on call )
- Are there any long-term contracts?
- No long term contracts required. All our contracts operate as per our clients’ requirements.
- Is your dental services HIPAA compliant?
- Yes, we abide by the federal law set forth for secure server remote access and will configure your system, to make sure that when our team accesses your server, it is HIPAA compliant.
- What are the system requirements needed to use your dental billing services?
- We require that you have a high speed, broadband internet connection as we work remotely. It is necessary to have a dedicated computer for dental billing & consulting professionals to use exclusively as well as a high-capacity scanner. Many offices already have these things; however, we can supply them as part of our one-time set-up fee.
- Who will handle my cash and check payment and deposits?
- Your office staff will still handle all payments made to your office. Dental billing & consulting professionals never directly handle any of your funds.
